常用英語電話用語

我們在大學學的英語用語大都是書本上的用語。
但在實際工作中，常用英語電話用語並不是這樣的。
分享一下英語電話基本用語：

步驟/方法

（01）開場白：很多祕書都只會說“hello" 或”who is speaking?“這些回答都非常沒有禮貌。我個人建議：(部門名字）office, this is （個人名字） speaking. How may I help you?或： (部門名字）office, this is （個人名字） speaking. May I know who ison the line?

（02）當對方說完意圖後，以下分不同的情況：(老闆不在辦公室的回答）：很多祕書通常只會說”I am sorry, Mr xx is not here."然後不會主動問一下是否留言。我個人建議：Mr xxx is not in the office at the moment, can I take a message for him?（老闆願意接電話的回答）：很多祕書通常只會說”please wait",然後直接把電話轉過去就當完成任務。我個人建議：One moment,please.然後跟老闆說“Mr ooo is on the line. Do you want to take his call?"如果老闆說OK.我們再把電話接過去。（老闆在電話中的回答）：很多祕書通常只會說"Mr xx is speaking now."我個人建議：I am sorry, Mr xxx is on the line at the moment, would you mind to call back later?

（03）結束語：最後在談話結束，一定要表現你的友善。我個人建議：Thanks for calling. Have a nice day!
